Shipping policy

ROXI Nails Ltd ships orders to professional trade customers only.

Delivery Charges

Postage and packing is charged at £7.50 plus VAT for eligible UK mainland orders.

Free postage and packing is available on orders over £45.00 net total, unless otherwise stated. This offer applies to eligible UK mainland orders only and excludes the Scottish Highlands and other areas where courier surcharges may apply.

Orders sent to addresses outside the UK mainland, the Scottish Highlands or other surcharge areas may be subject to additional courier charges. Where additional charges apply, we will contact you with a delivery quote.

Postage rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually sent on a next working day delivery service where possible.

To help ensure next working day delivery, orders should be placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday, or before 10am on Friday.

Orders placed after these cut-off times, during busy promotional periods, during free delivery offers, or where additional checks are required, may take longer to dispatch.

Please note that we cannot guarantee next working day delivery during promotional periods, free delivery offers, courier disruption, stock delays or circumstances outside our control.

Hazardous Goods

Some professional nail products are classed as hazardous goods for transport purposes. Orders containing hazardous products may need to be shipped using an approved courier service and may be subject to specific delivery restrictions.

Where an order contains hazardous products, this may affect the delivery method, courier used, delivery location or delivery timeframe.

Courier and Postal Services

Orders may be sent by courier or postal service depending on the products ordered, the weight of the parcel and the delivery address.

Both courier and postal services may require a signature on delivery.

Orders exceeding 10kg will usually be sent by courier.

ROXI Nails Ltd is subject to the terms, conditions and pricing of the courier and postal services used.

Delivery Areas

Our standard delivery terms apply to eligible UK mainland addresses.

Orders to the Scottish Highlands, offshore UK locations, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or international addresses may be subject to additional charges, courier restrictions or extended delivery times.

Where we are unable to deliver to an address, or where additional delivery charges apply, we will contact you before dispatch.

Delivery Checks

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If your parcel appears visibly damaged, please do not sign for it as received in good condition. Contact us as soon as possible so we can advise the next steps and raise a claim with the courier where applicable.

Claims for shortages or items damaged in transit should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can investigate promptly.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery address, email address and telephone number are correct when placing your order.

ROXI Nails Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or missing delivery information supplied by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, additional postage charges may apply to resend the order.

Delays Outside Our Control

ROXI Nails Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, adverse weather, industrial action, supplier delays, customs checks, transport disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
